Software Installation:
Install the VVDI MLB Tool software on a Windows 10 or Windows 11 system.
Ensure your software is updated online.
Device Binding:
Bind the VVDI MLB Tool with the Xhorse App.
Navigate to Special Function -> Bind Device.
Scan the QR code to bind the device.
Key Programming:
Disassemble the key shell without removing the chip.
Use the integrated 22k reader for wireless key reading and writing.
For specific models, remove two capacitors (100nF) and solder the cable to the original key as per the wiring diagram.
Immo Data Collection:
Collect key data and upload it for calculation.

Collect the original key (without our VVDI MLB remote key), will require 200 points
Collect the original key (but have our VVDI MLB remote key), identify the VVDI key first, and then you can avoid deducting points. (1 VVDI key can only be identified once)

How to Use Xhorse VVDI MLB Tool?
1.1 Use with Key Tool Plus
Step 1: make sure that KEY TOOL PLUS is not conected to the OBD cable, then conect the MLB-TOOL adapter to the USB cable into the OTG data adapter, and plug its TYPE-C end into KEYTOOL PLUS. Put the original car key on the sensing area of MLB-TOOL for detection.
Step 2. Please follow the software's tips to confrm that the key type is supported. Then remove the shell of theoriginal key, take out the PB, and perform the welding operation followingthe instructions. After the welding is completed, plug the welding harness into MLB-TOOL adapter, and at thesame time,placethe key in the centerofthesensingarea
Step 3. Select [Collect Key Data] in the software to collect and calculate the data online
Step 4. After the calculation is completed, the dealer key can be generated (If you need to use the original vehicle ID, plaseread the vehicle information to get the I frst, and then use the [Modify Key I]functionto operate)
Step5. Program new key
2.2 Use with VVDI2
Step 1. Connect the MLB Tool adapter to the PC via USB cable(no need to use OTG data adapter), place the original key on the sensing area of the MLB device, and run the MLB software(the software can be obtained by contacting the dealership or customer service). Put the original key on the sensing area for detection.
Step 2. Please follow the software's tips to confirm the key type is supporte. Then remove the shell of original key, take out the PCB, and and perform the relevant welding operation following the instructions. After the welding is completed, plug the welding harness into the MLB Tool adapter, and at the same time, place the key in the center of the sensing area
step 3. Select [Colect key Data]in the software to colet and calculate the data online.
step 4. Enter the MLB menu of VVDI2 software Main Menu->Key Programming->MLB Key Programming). Generate a dealer key(if you need to use the original key ID, first read the vehicle information to get the ID, and then use the [modify key ID function])
