Tips on using Digimaster 3:
I. Digimaster 3 Register:
In order to help customer save time and use the digimaster more easier, we have help you registered the digimaster 3 before shipping, that you can use it directly after delivery
II. Digimaster 3 Tokens: Unlimited tokens,all present cars have unlimited tokens, but in few higher level cars,you still need buy some tokens from us.
A. For new added cars or CPUs,you should buy tokens in future.
B. For new added chips for present cars, you don't need buy tokens.
(factory is holding promotion, buy digimaster iii will get 200 tokens for high-end vehicle for free)
III. key programming , Digimaster 3 only support Benz and BMW
If you need to do odometer correction via OBD, please check OBDSTAR ODOMASTER.
IV. Digimaster 3 has 3 ways to change the mileage:
1) via OBD
2) via chips
3) via dashboard.
Some vehicles need desoldering chips.
What is a buyout version?
The buyout version refers to buying out the functions before leaving the factory.
This version is more comprehensive than the basic version.
No need to pay for activation separately, it covers most of the functions on the market when the product leaves the factory.
So it is called a buyout version (you don't need to open some functions one by one when you just get the product )
This is not a buyout version for permanent time, it is ONLY refer to some specific time period.
The whole functions of the product are fixed when you buy it.
Why do you need tokens to get new functions?
Since it is not a buyout version for permanent time, there will be new high-end functions developed by the factory after your product leaves the factory.
If you need these high-end functions developed by the factory, you will need tokens to get them.
(You may or may not need tokens, depending on your vehicele models and the function)
If you need the function for some car for a long time, you can also buy out this function from the factory (you don't need to consume tokens every time).

Q:what is difference between digimaster 3 and tacho pro 2008.07 or tacho pro 2008.01?
A:digimaster 3 is a very profeesional and good tool for miles.
as tacho pro 2008.07,digimaster 3 can do newer car till 2010,and can be added new car when it get update on line,but tacho pro only can do car till 2007-2008,can not be update.
Both tool no need tokens,but if you want to add new car to digimaster 3 ,you need buy tokens from us.And also this 2 tool need to remove the dashboard,and digimaster 3 is more hard to use,it need more professional technical control.
For function,DIGIMASTER 3 can do more:
but tacho only can do miles,and can not do BMW,benz well.
for language,D3 only has english,tacho pro is multi-language.
if clone:Digimaster 3 is original,tacho pro is copy one,but both of them have one year warranty.
Q:What difference between SP78-B and SP78?
A:SP78-B need put in id and pw,SP78 no need,once you get,it can be used
SP78-B has 980 tokens,after 980 tokens,you need buy tokens.
SP78 no limited,but need buy some tokens when you do few higher car,such as BMW,BENZ.
