Q:What happened to your servers? It doesn't do new GM anymore (I mean those on CANFD) I only bought so I could do latest GMs Please reply if it ever going to do them again

If it still fails, please provide the following necessary information completely, otherwise, our engineer can't help you.
Serial number of the device. You can find the serial number on the back of the device and in the user information.
Car model, year and VIN number.
The date that you worked with this car.
A picture of the key.
Problem in details with pictures of error messages (failed to add a second key or all keys lost?).
Please connect the device to the network and log out the program so it uploads data to the server.
So our engineer can find the data to analyze the data.
