7. DTC Shielding
The engine DTC code can be shielded, such as the shielding of the 28A0/101F01 fault code of the for BMW N55 engine, read the engine data via FC200, then load the data into the hexadecimal data modification tool, modify and save the bytes of the fault code comparison, and then use FC200 to load the modified data and write it back to ECU.

I've tried countless EDC17C10 ecus and it works ...

Hello! Today I tried FC200 for the first time. Car Peugeot 3008 1.6 THP 156p.s.. 2010 release. Engine control unit MED17.4.2. Reading in the bench 1 minute. Write modified file 40 seconds. The checksum was calculated online in 2 minutes. Kess V2 Chinese clone by obd2 could not even subtract the original file. My opinion FC200 is worth the money. I am waiting for new updates, support for control units of more recent cars. I liked the recalculation of the checksum in a couple of minutes!

Hi.used about 20 times cloning bmw ecu.and vag ecu.only had it a week.but it seems quiet capable.
