It supports Toyota 4A smart key password-free matching which means you do not have to remove the the ECU from the car to the workbench to read data.

Development Background:
With the development of the automobile industry, more and more vehicles are equipped with gateway modules for communication safety. Therefore, our company has developed CAN DIRECT KIT to read the ECU data of gateway vehicles. (Note: If reading the data of a gateway vehicle is directly via an OBD diagnostic connector, it will fail!)

Toyota-27 vs Corolla 4A
COROLLA 4A supports 4A proximity key programming.
TOYOTA-27 supports 4A, 8A-A9, 8A-AA...proximity key programming.
TOYOTA-27, replaced COROLLA 4A in CAN DIRECT KIT, is the upgraded version of COROLLA 4A.
Comparing with COROLLA 4A, TOYOTA-27 has one more power cable.

NOTE:
1. All keys lost requires Key SIM emulator as well.
2. Smart ecu plug has changed on the 2023. The CAN DIRECT cable and the online calculations are working spot on, no issue 2019 to 2022 on all (A9 A9 and AA AA) (BA BA is the newest which needs 30-PIN cable).
On the plug itself only the power 12v changes.. terminal 3 is for Corolla only, and 4 is for RAV4, Avalon, 4runner, Highlander.
