Notice:
1. To activate the feature, you need have VVDI Key Tool Plus or VVDI2+VVDI Prog
2. All key lost requires third-party cooperation to obtain certain data, and may incur extra charges.
3. Support read immo data for MQB48 type (With NEC35xx chip) which can't be read by OBD. Support add key and all key lost(need synchronize data).
4. When authorizing VVDI2, KEY TOOL PLUS, or VVDI prog to activate the new MQB function, VVDI2 and KEY TOOL PLUS must be registered, otherwise they can NOT be authorized; and the VVDI prog can be registered or not.
Tips:
1. Add key: Use keytool plus , vvdi prog or mini prog to read immo data from dashboard (need remove the dashboard from car), then program key to car with the immo data.
2. For all key lost, program key will need immo data and sync data, it still need get sync data online and program key with both immo data and sync data.
How to activate VAG MQB48 license?
1. If you have VVDI2, make sure it is full version. Only full version can be authorized with license. Provide S/N to us to confirm if you are not sure it is full version or not.
2. Make sure your vvdi2/vvdi prog and key tool plus has registered with xhorse account.
For vvdi2 and vvdi prog, follow this way to register;
First, use the upgrade kit to identify vvdi2 or vvdi prog, click on the binding in the upper right corner, and it will come up with a QR code. Then, find the cartoon character interface on the mobile APP, click on account in the lower right corner, there is a “combind device”, click “combind device”, and scan the QR code for binding.
For vvdi key tool plus, register and login in tablet.
3. After confirm 1 and 2, provide vvdi2+ vvdi prog or key tool plus serial number to us after payment. We will activate license within 24 hours.
FAQ:
Q: This is to read immodata on mqb48 dashboard? Ecu and tcu?
A: For this new MQB48 function , before customer need get the immo data online , there is no need with new function of MQB48
1. Use keytool plus , vvdi prog ,mini prog， to read immo data from dashboard ,( it need remove the dashboard from car )
2. Use the immo data to program key for car ,
3. For all key lost , program key will need immo data and sync data , it still need get sync data online and use immo data and sync data both to program key
Q: Does this license allows you to do a complete loss of keys to mqb directly from the device?
A: No, AKL require sync data from 3rd party.
Q: For MQB, does AKL need to pay the data calculation fee separately?
A: Yes, AKL requires sync data from 3rd party.
Q: Does this work per car or it’s a yearly, monthly, weekly or daily activation.
A: It is lifetime license, there is no limit
